Strawberries and pomegranate on the nose with a subtle hint of pancetta.
Wine of origin:
Coastal Region, South Africa.
Vinification:
Minimal skin contact of two hours allowed resulting in beautiful salmon colour. Fermented in stainless steel tanks between 13-14°C.
Food pairing:
Grilled or roasted vegetable dishes such as ratatouille, salads with fruit, and grilled seafood such as
salmon or tuna.
